Taking the first step can feel quite daunting but after a brief discussion on the phone or via e.mail we can book an initial session. This will be an opportunity for us to see if we are a good fit and whether you might benefit from therapy. It will be a chance to reflect on why now - what brings you to therapy at this point in your life?

Sessions are around 50 minutes and usually once or twice a week.
I work flexibly to fit in with times required by clients. Evenings and daily appointments are available.
My standard fee is £60 and I hold a number of reduced fee places dependent on ability to pay and frequency of sessions. This is something we can discuss in the first session.
